THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT(S): Altex Technologies Corporation, N00014-08-C-0232 Desulphurization of Logistic JP-5 Jet Fuel for Enhanced Fuel Cell Operations To raise the NAVLR TRL to 4 and test the unit with a 5 KWE CEP Fuel Cell This contract action was not awarded as a fixed price contract type because Uncertainties involved in contract performance did not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed price contract. As such, a cost-reimbursement type action was awarded (FAR 16.301-2).
