In the Primary Area, each discipline must be licensed by each of the 13 states. In the Secondary Area, the selectee must show they are eligible to become licensed in the other states, not actually be licensed within 30 days of award. 4. Allow firms to get licensed in specific states or territories as the need arises and asking them to show best efforts, within 30 days of the issuance of a scope of work/RFP request, to attain that licensure; Requirement stands as is. 5. Provide reimbursement for all licensure costs as a project reimbursement (of note, this will cover initial costs but not the continuing annual costs incurred by the firm).
