INDEPENDENT REVIEWS OF PROJECTS ARE CONDUCTED AT DEFINED LIFECYCLE MILESTONES AND ARE USED TO OBJECTIVELY ASSESS THE PROJECTS PROGRESS AGAINST THE PROJECT PLAN ITS READINESS TO PROCEED TO THE NEXT LIFECYCLE PHASE COMPLIANCE WITH NPR 7120.5 AND NPR 7123.1 REQUIREMENTS AND THE INTEGRATED BASELINE.
